Shipping policy

Shipping speed varies due to location. Due to high demand, it may take a little longer than usual to process orders, however most orders will go out within 2-3 business days.

For US orders, shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. 
For Canadian orders, shipping usually takes 5-15 business days. 
For International orders, shipping usually takes 7-25 business days.

 

Damaged Products

While we use extra packing material to make sure everything arrives in one piece, there is that 1% chance of it being mishandled. If there are any problems, send us an email using our contact page and we'll make sure to get it sorted out for you.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If a product has arrived damaged or defective, simply contact us, describe the issue, and we will work to rectify the problem. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day exchange/refund period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return postage costs unless defective. If you are returning an item over $75, we suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow between 2-9 business days (depending on your location) for your order to arrive. If items have still not been received please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
